Das erwartet Sie
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team with currently 8 members and will coordinate the employees in the 1st and 2nd level support area.
- You will be responsible for the operations of the 24/7 helpdesk in all matters relating to hardware and software and will assist with 1st and 2nd level support.
- You will experience the processes close up and will act as a model in terms of services, communication and implementation.
- You will be responsible for resource planning and dispatching of the received tickets in the Jira ticket system.
- You will monitor compliance with the SLAs and monitor and optimise the processes of the IT service desk.
- You will work on different projects and provide technical advice.
- You will promote the automation of the self services and the knowledge base and will actively co-design the further development of the IT services.
- You will take over the role of ISO for the IT service desk team.
Das bringen Sie mit
- You will have completed commercial or technical training.
- You will have gained professional experience in a comparable environment and have pronounced knowledge of IT client support in the Windows domain environment alongside practical experience with ITSM processes.
- You have gained experience in a leadership role or are willing to take over the management of a diverse team.
- When trying to solve problem, you will take an economic approach, work with precision and document everything conscientiously.
- You display your pronounced customer and service focus in your interactions with the users and are able to demonstrate above-average communication skills to convey technical information so that it is easy to understand.
- You will share on-call service and for this will ideally have a driving licence class B.
