WHAT YOU WILL DO & LEARN:
Zero coffee runs: You actively work on real client channels and learn directly in practice.
You analyze thumbnails, refine titles, and discover why formats blow up or drop off.
You gain practical knowledge that doesn't exist in university textbooks.
You assist on video shoots and conduct in-depth retention analyses.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You require a mandatory internship for your degree (~3-6 months).
Fluent German and English skills (Mandatory).
Regular presence in our Vienna studio in 1050 (Hybrid arrangements possible).
Passion for YouTube culture and content psychology.
