Job description

In your new role you will:

* Characterize our new Smart Power Switches during development phase
* Be included directly in the product development team
* Have a strong connection to other departments like Test Engineering and Application Engineering
* Develop automated tests for our advanced and state of the art test systems
* Do h ardware development on schematic level
* Work on d ata analysis and assessment
* Develop new verification methodologie

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

* Successfully completed a degree (FH/University) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology or comparable
* 1+ years of e xperience in the field of measurement technology or product development
* Programming skills (Python, Matlab, Visual Basic, C++)
* Experience in layout tools are an advantage (Eagle, Altium Designer)
* Good English skills and German as a plus

We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. A valid Austrian work permit is a prerequisite. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
