Strategic-technical Buyer (f/m/d)

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Acting as strategic-technical buyer in the field of maritime crane and davit solutions
* Strong corporation with construction department in Salzburg/Kasern and manufacturing site in Slovenia/Maribor
* Support product management in various projects, incl. prototype ordering
* Execution of RfQs and definition of cost comparisons on TCO level
* Supplier market research, assessments, selection, and development of suppliers
* Identification and realization of saving potential
* Conducting of annual negotiations and frame agreements

QUALIFICATIONS

* University degree in industrial engineering or business administration (HTL, FH, TU) or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement (preferably with a technical background)
* Good computer skills, especially Excel
* SAP knowledge is an advantage
* High influencing skills, great communicator and negotiator
* High level of independence and responsibility
* Analytical, value-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
* Fluent German and English - both spoken and written (business communication)
* Willingness to travel

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience and can be significantly above the "Kollektivvertrag" (= collective labor agreement) for this position (Kollektivvertrag minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 50.286,18 per year).
