Client:

We are currently seeking for a global Head of IT (m/f/d) to join our esteemed client, which is a global industrial/production company. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will play a key part in driving the company's ongoing expansion efforts.

Head of IT (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:

* Manage various IT Application Management teams
* Overview of general IM Strategy, preparation of and integration in decisions of CIO, high interest in organizational development topics
* Ensure professional IT service delivery and operations as well as manage digital transformation initiatives and support change management activities across the domains of responsibility
* Manage third-party supplier relationships
* Ensure continuous IT product provision in accordance with the corporate IT product catalogue for all managed IT products
* Harmonization, standardization, and automation of systems along respective business processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders

Requirements:

* Working experience of minimum 5 years in a leadership role with strong focus on application management, automation and digital transformation of systems and business processes in multinational enterprise environment
* Technically educated with experience on establishing and integrating digital solutions into complex IT environments
* Strong skills in building strategy and vision for the responsible area and its teams alongside IT strategy and respective stakeholders up to C-level
* Track record of completed large scale digital transformation initiatives
* Solution architect skills in at least one of the following systems (experience at some level with all of them is an advantage): Power BI, SAC, OMP, SAP, D365
* Team player used to work in cross-functional teams, readiness to travel
* Excellent communication and presentation skills on different levels (C-level)

Our client is willing to offer an attractive salary package starting at EUR 150,000 annual gross. depending on experience and qualification.
