Lead Software Engineer (All Genders)

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to various phases and activities of the software development process or software testing.

Reporting to the Team Lead DTP CMS, youll put into work your expertise in our fast-paced team environment.

What you will do

* Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Design and develop robust Sitecore solutions, including new web development patterns, implementation of JSS, and integrations with other systems.
* Develop inhouse headless solution to next level.
* Drive solution towards microservices.
* Customize and extend the Sitecore platform to meet project requirements.
* Ensure the optimal performance, scalability, and security of Sitecore implementations.

Who you are

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
* In-depth knowledge of Sitecore CMS, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
* Sitecore Certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer) Is advantageous.
* Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET development.
* Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
