How Youll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

* You'll be responsible for developing and implementing projects and processes that are driving the global HR (IT) transformation and digitalisation within the ALDI SOUTH Group
* You'll be supporting in the creation of business cases
* You'll focus on accompanying the setup of a transformation roadmap
* Gathering and translating business requirements into global HR (IT) solutions interests you
* Your tasks include engaging in diverse international HR projects
* Interfacing with international IT Departments & cooperating with various international stakeholders is part of your tasks
* You'll support best-practise exchange across countries through international meetings

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

* You have completed studies in (Social) Economics, Human Resources or IT
* You possess relevant work experience in international projects, ideally with a focus on HR & IT
* Consultancy background is a plus
* You have advanced project/process management skills and conceptual competence
* Analytical and process-oriented thinking combined with hands-on mentality appeals to you
* You're self-driven, resilient and open minded
* You're fluent in business English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 59.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
