Acting as the Business Partner to the Nonwoven fibers business, ideally located in Lenzing, we invite experienced Controlling experts to submit applications for the role as

Head of Division Controlling

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

* As a single point of contact for Corporate Controlling and Division Leadership, you will drive division-controlling projects and operational topics with cross-site relevance.
* You will provide information for the decision-making process for Division leadership.
* You will support the decision-making process and suggest P&L improvement measures.
* You will implement divisional performance tracking mechanisms and provide regular feedback to local teams.
* You will manage CAPEX projects below a defined threshold.
* You will improve processes in Division Controlling.
* You will lead the global Division Controlling team.

Our expectations for this exciting role:

* You hold a University degree in Finance or Business Administration.
* You have considerable experience in controlling, especially in operations and commercial fields and combine big picture view with an eagle eye for details.
* You can lead as a coach, but also as a team player, with conflict management competence.
* You have excellent analytical and process skills, experience with SAP, accounting and investment management and you break down silo thinking with your collaborative style.
* You have very good communication skills and fluency in German and English.
* You demonstrate project management skills, assertiveness, and ability to drive change without formal power.
* Flexible working time arrangements within the frame of a flexitime model with homeoffice days and part-time options

The annual gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 108.000 with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
