Program Manager/Project Leader (m/f/d)

We are now seeking a dedicated Program Manager/Project Leader (m/f/d) in Vienna, Austria. You will report to the head of project management and be in charge of setting the pace and driving proactive management of medium-sized to large building technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implementation of demanding and diverse projects in the field of building technology on time, cost and quality and hold responsibility for project , cost and resource planning
* Clarification of technical circumstances taking into account all customer requirements and collaboration on solution design and change tracking
* Close cooperation with subcontractors as well as coordination and processing of subcontractor services and responsibility for the financial result and tracking of actual/target deviations.
* Ensuring consistent and efficient project and construction site documentation and availability of necessary tools, equipment and materials
* Customer service and support of the sales team during customer visits regarding technical solutions, offers and presentation of new technologies and preparation and implementation of training courses for internal and external personnel

Key Skills:

* Successfully completed studies, preferably in the context of electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Profound experience in project management and building technology
* Good knowledge of system schematics and specifications in building automation and or knowledge in the area of MSR - automation systems, HVAC and security technology
* Negotiation skills and experience in supplementary management and experience in budgeting, profit and loss accounting and cost manage
* PMI / PMP certification is advantageous , knowledge of SAP is desirable
* Very good spoken and written German and English language skills
