For our Finance team, we are looking for a talent who is eager to learn and support us as an Junior Accounting Specialist (m/f/x). This role reports our Head of Accounting & Controlling and will give you a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in a fast-pace environment.

This position is available in full-time (part-time 20h+ possible during studies) and is an ideal option for those, who want to develop a career in Accounting.

Who you are:

* You are fluent in German and have good English skills
* You have a degree in Accounting or Finance (HAK/HAS) or are currently studying in this field at a university or equivalent (BA/MA)
* You have some work experience, ideally in Finance or Accounting, and are eager to learn
* You work in an independent and goal-oriented way
* You are keen on accuracy and quality as well as paying attention to detail
* You have a can-do mentality and do not use the term "That doesn't work"
* You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference

What you'll do:

* You experience first-hand how to scale a business with a big vision and mission
* You will support our accounting team in issuing customer invoices and credit-notes for our buy-back business
* You will support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities
* You will help to evaluate current processes to come up with ideas to further improve our finance and accounting processes
* You work closely with other departments
* Expertise working with Excel will be highly appreciated
