About the job

You will join a highly motivated and supportive team, with a focus on monthly performance reviews and integrated business planning, comprising data collection from sales stakeholders, critical assessment and validation, proactive communication suggestions of measures, and overarching support of your business partners.

In addition, your tasks will include

* Detailed performance analysis of our sales profit centers
* Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, contributing to the global demand planning cycle
* Providing financial insights to key stakeholders
* Collecting, validating, and processing sales information
* Ensuring transparency on business decisions and their impact on financial results
* Developing and maintaining PowerBI Dashboards with focus on financial data

About You

You are proactive, eager to learn, a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude and enjoy working in a close business partner relationship with multiple sales stakeholders. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

What we expect from you in terms of

Education & Skills

* Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or similar areas of relevance
* Data affinity in Excel, XLCubed, PowerBI, PowerPoint, SAP, and other analytic BI or planning tools

Languages

* English - Proficient/Fluent
* German would be beneficial

Work Experience

* Few years of work experience in FP&A, business controlling, consulting, process enhancement or project roles (with a financial focus)

The annual gross salary for this position will start from EUR 54,000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification, experience, as well as your level of seniority.
