ERP System Specialist (m/w/d) MS Business Central

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ERP Specialist in Vienna with Microsoft Business Central experience (or similar ERP-Solutions) to lead the global transformation projects across multiple international locations. ERP System Specialist (m/w/d) MS Business Central

Responsibilities:

* Process Management: Analyze and optimize ERP-related business processes (focus on financial accounting solutions), working closely with key internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
* Application Management and Collaboration: work across department to design, develop, and deploy customized solutions that meet business requirements (including add-on customized applications)
* Project Management: Provide guidance in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Business Central solutions, leading the roll-out projects in multiple countries
* Data Analysis: Using data modelling and data synchronization tools, calculate potential and forecasts to help determine which new services will be added to current portfolio
* Create comprehensive documentation, including project plans, specifications, and user guides
* Act as point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing support
* Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users
* Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of MS Business Central and evaluate potential impact on our organization

Requirements:

* A degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
* Previous experience with Microsoft Business Central/NAV/Dynamics etc., or similar ERP Solutions perhaps in a Consulting, Project Management, Application Management, Controlling, Key User, or similar type of role
* Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with IT solutions
* Background or knowledge in Data Science/Data Analysis is a strong benefit
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and process management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent German and English language skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally for Go-Lives or other important project phases mainly within Europe
