Contract Manager (m/f/d)

In this position, you will be responsible for contract preparation and review as well as contract negotiation with internationally renowned aviation companies. In cooperation with our sales department, you will improve our contract management and make a valuable contribution to the success of our company.

Your responsibilities

* Be the point of contact for our Sales Team and Management to support and advice in a wide range of legal and commercial topics
* Draft, review and negotiate agreements like Service Contracts, Sales Contracts, Cooperation Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Level Agrements, and Data Processing Agreements
* Maintain and improve agreement templates
* Provide legal review and control of tenders

Your experience and personality

* Successfully completed studies in business law or business administration
* Interest and in-depth knowledge of contract law; ideally you already have some initial professional experience in this environment
* Negotiation skills and confident appearance
* Solution-oriented way of working
* Agile and efficient while being thorough and accurate
* Fluent in English and German
* EU citizenship or valid work permit for Austria
