About the Role

* Supports the development and execution of the marketing and PR plan and supporting strategic branding projects.
* Supports the development and execution of the annual PR and communications strategy.
* Oversees and produces, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials for the organization.
* Manages media relations and requests.
* Writes and proofreads copy for marketing materials (i.e. press releases, websites, social media posts) either in German or in English.
* Plans, organizes and executes events such as roundtables, conferences or 3rd party ones.
* Plans, prepares, and distributes original promotional content such as articles, news and press releases, email, and social media posts, and other updates on behalf of the organization.
* Prepares content for Social Media promotion.
* Prepares monthly reports monitoring the PR and marketing success using specific metrics and KPIs.
* Performs other related duties at a group level as assigned.

Your Profile

* Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and events.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and copywriting skills both in German and English language.
* Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize deliverables and have attention to detail.
* Hands on professional with 'can do' attitude, creativity and team spirit.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
* Postgraduate studies not necessary, but will be considered a plus.
* Minimum five years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, PR or a related field required.
