We seek an intern to assist at the administrative side of our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. The focus would be on supporting the ITSM team with organisational activities.

What to do:

* Follow up/jointly implement agreed policies/procedures to improve data quality within ITSM
* UI interface training to IT Units
* Undertake testing of new developments, after being provided appropriate training
* Document service catalog items
* Perform quality checks on service catalog items
* Support the ITSM tool team

You check these boxes:

* Basic IT knowledge is an advantage.
* English is the working language. You will need to be confident in speaking, writing and navigating English language UI interfaces. German or Slovak is advantageous.
* Basic Excel skills are an advantage.
* Good organizational and communication skills.
