Treasury Services unit is part of the area Banking Services within Erste Group Bank AG. In this unit we do process trades and transactions which are done by all kind of front office units. We guarantee timely and correct representation of these transactions in our back office systems, take care of correct payments, do confirmations checks, reconcilement and investigations activities. We also are responsible in this unit for correct Disposition of Erste Banks Nostro accounts and foreign currency disposition.In our new role as "Servicing & Solutions" we initiate and manage process optimization and take care of service level reporting, KPI Management and Backlog Management.

Your Tasks

* You go through a 6-month training at different desks (FX/MM/OTC) in the field of TSY Processing and actively support their colleagues in their day-to-day business
* You actively contribute to the creation of a knowledge database for TSY Processing and evaluate existing working instructions
* You contribute with optimization suggestions, actively shape the improvement of business processes and support the analysis of our business figures using SQL as well as help design management reports
* You visualize our processes in TSY and help create presentations for our stakeholders such as Front Office / Sales / Retail
* You analyze internal and external communication channels (telephone/e-mail) in daily processing and help to design a more efficient communication flow with our internal and external customers

Your Background

* Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics
* You have a basic understanding of Capital Markets Products such as Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Derivatives
* Strong IT and business analytical affinity, SQL knowledge is an advantage
* You speak English and German
