IT System Specialist

Your tasks

We are seeking a IT System Specialist responsible for managing system changes, coordinating upgrades, and providing 2nd level support. This role includes maintaining and enhancing applications and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications while managing third-party relationships.

* Administration and Follow-up of Change Requests
* Coordination of System Upgrades and Deployment Cycles
* Documentation of Application Setup
* 2nd Level Support Tasks
* Implementation of Sustainable Solutions
* Applications Monitoring
* Managing the Application Life Cycle
* Coordination of 3rd Party Providers

Your profile

* At least 2 years of professional experience in Microsoft application environment (Preferably M365 stack and MS Azure)
* Basic knowledge in MS SharePoint (2016+), Microsoft SQL Server, web development technologies HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SOAP/REST Web Services
* experience in application administration and support
* Affinity for business processes and good process orientation
* Experience in application integration
* Independent working style and strong conceptual skills
* Experience in an international environment, within a global company and a central role within it
* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Good communication and collaboration abilities.
* Project management skills are a plus

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2.392,00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
