Your Mission:

* You will be the Global Key User for Performance and Talent Management Processes right from the beginning, working closely with the respective Global Process Owners.
* Not only will you manage and support our Local Key User Network but also foster collaboration with our Centers of Excellence to drive digital HR processes forward.
* In this role you will be able to strongly contribute to the design and optimisation of our SuccessFactors platform where feasible, including innovative/effective solutions to streamline processes, enhance user experience and drive maximum value from our HR technology. Your opinion and expertise counts!
* You will ensure the integrity of global HR Data (Employee Central) through timely updates and adjustments, facilitating organisational changes and maintaining Mondi's global people platform securely.
* Become a trusted advisor to business stakeholders through regular exchange in communities and staying informed about new trends and technologies.

Your Profile:

* About 5+ years of experience in HR processes and digitalisation; ideally having know-how working with SuccessFactors HXM platform.
* Very good command of English; any other language is an asset.
* Ability to foster collaboration across diverse hierarchies and cultures.
* Think out-of-the-box and work hands-on to drive solutions forward.
* Willingness to take over responsibility and stand up for improvements and simplification of processes.
