We are looking for students to support our workplace team. There you will get in touch with a wide range of technologies, from cutting edge to mainstream. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team members and can also bring in your own new ideas which will help us to grow and improve.

What to do:

* Handling of requirements related to our IT workplace (notebooks, phones, connectivity, etc.) according to our policies
* Supporting our colleagues and business partners regarding IT workplace requests, questions and complaints
* Finding solutions for complex and non-standard requests
* Informing our colleagues and business partners about news regarding the IT workplace field
* Supporting of IT workplace related projects, e.g. testing new features of our request tool from demand manager's and user's perspective

* Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH), IT related
* Customer orientation, organizational skills and a structured way of working
* High interest in IT workplace related issues
* Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
* At least conversational German and English (we offer language courses)
* Curious and empathetic, treating all people with respect
* Immediate start for an internship with the duration of 12 months with the potential for further extension
