COMPONENT TESTER (F/M/X)

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Responsible for the test of technical components and solutions in the field of traffic management projects
* Establish a test strategy which is in line with technical requirements and specifications
* Definition and execution of complex testing scenarios covering functional, integration, failover and performance tests including test documentation
* Maintenance of our test environment (HW/SW, installation, configuration, scripting)
* Ensure the timely delivery of all testing milestones
* Communicate status and critical issues clearly in a short and concise format
* Identification and implementation of improvements
* Close team work with development, quality assurance, operations and project management

YOUR PROFILE

* Technical degree (HTL/FH/Uni) in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
* At least 5 years of experience and expertise on test design on functional, system and integration level
* Competitive mindset, strong desire to "win"
* Working experience in domains like Java, Linux, IP networks and scripting
* Knowledge about test automation on different levels is a plus
* ISTQB certification is an advantage
* Comfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment
* Fluency in English, German skills are beneficial

* The salary for this position ranges from EUR 53.000 to EUR 73.000 gross p.a. Actual compensation is based on experience and qualification and can exceed the mentioned range.
