We are looking for a driven and dynamic HR Business Partner who's not afraid to challenge the status quo. Our ideal team member is someone who understands the needs of our IT-business and provides innovative HR solutions that align with our values.

What you'll do

* Acting as the go-to person for all HR relevant topics
* Providing HR advice and guidance to our managers along the whole employee lifecycle
* Managing employee relations
* Ensuring the execution of central HR process within your area of responsibility
* Developing and executing HR initiatives to support the business goals and foster employee engagement
* Collaborating with the international HR team to deliver innovative HR solutions

You should have

* Several years of experience in a holistic HR position, ideally in technology area / IT
* A deep understanding of HR best practices and policies
* A proven track record of delivering results
* Excellent English and German language skills
* Knowledge of Austrian labor market incl. Labor Law, knowing the Slovakian labor market is a benefit
* Understanding of the needs and expectations of tech talents, our main target group
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire others
* The ability to work collaboratively as well as to build consensus and strong relationships
* A passion for technology and innovation
