Marketing Specialist with focus on ADAS/AD f/m/d

Your Responsibilities

This role is offered as a part-time position (up to 25 hours/week).

As a Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) for a business segment providing test solutions with a focus on ADAS/AD, you will develop, manage and monitor marketing programs and/or specific product campaigns to support business objectives, lead generation and customer retention.

* Responsibility for the development, implementation and execution of marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing customers and increase brand awareness
* Interface between internal stakeholders, the global marketing team, agencies and partners
* Development, multi-channel execution and monitoring of product campaigns, taking into account all associated marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, newsletters, analytics etc.)
* Continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of campaign performance
* Lead generation, maintenance and follow-up
* Asset and content creation for all associated internal and external channels
* Creation and translation of website content

Your Profile

* Completed education (university, university of applied sciences) with a focus on marketing / digital marketing
* Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of marketing
* Work experience in the automotive environment is an advantage
* Experience with campaign and content management
* Experience with digital campaigns and analytics
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and solve upcoming problems immediately
* Strong cross-cultural experience - ability to work in global teams across all cultures
* Experience with CRM tools and data management
* Strong time management and prioritization skills
* Team player and extroverted personality
* Business fluent knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR54,600.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
