THE CHALLENGE:

* Manage daily IT hardware and software requests and issue Purchase Orders as needed
* Work with multiple email aliases/ticket systems answering a high volume of messages and requests from around the world
* Discover suppliers, initiate business partnerships and maintain these relationships
* Negotiate with external vendors
* Support the preparation/negotiation of contracts and tender management
* Process the ordering of necessary goods and services
* Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service provided
* Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
* Support the examination of existing contracts
* Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders/teams
* Keep up to date with trends and innovations
* Track costs to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
* Support ad-hoc reporting needs
* Perform other related duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE:

* Undergraduate in Business, Accounting or Finance is required
* Proven working experience in IT environments
* Previous experience in a similar role in procurement is required
* First experience in preparing and negotiating contracts
* Good Knowledge and interest of the IT market players/suppliers/internet lines
* Interest in negotiations and networking
* Strong stakeholder management working across international locations
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, any other system such as Service Now, JIRA or confluence is desirable.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other European language will be considered as a plus.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
