Your mission

* Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the market
* Determine sales potential of companies by analysing their growth trajectory and current packaging portfolio
* Consult prospective customers on ways they can reduce their total cost of ownership with our packaging solutions
* Sell products by establishing contacts and developing long-term relationships with customers
* Identify product improvements and suggest new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
* Strengthening relationships between your National Key Account and Mondi to maximise profit
* Close collaboration with Product Innovation, Commercial Excellence & Marketing

Your profile

* Proven sales experience - as a sales executive or key account manager (5 years), preferred in packaging industry
* Communication strength combined with sales and negotiation skills in English and German (Czech as a plus).
* Customer focused
* Self-organized, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
* Affinity for digital processes
* Ability to work in a team
* Willingness to travel more then 50%
