As the Manager of Group Talent, you play a crucial role in building a high performance healthcare leader in Europe. With approximately 13,000 employees across Austria, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the Czech Republic, we stand for excellence in post-acute care services, ambulatory care, and innovative healthcare services.

Your strategic responsibilities encompass executive leadership development, group-wide succession planning, high potential identification and development, coordination of the Group Trainee Program, managing salary bands and benefits, overseeing training and development initiatives for Austrian entities, and driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the achievement of key business goals: ensuring high performance through best-in-class leaders, retaining top talents, and maintaining organizational resilience.

Your challenge:

* Design and implement leadership development programs for top executives, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive succession planning strategy to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
* Identify high-potential employees and design customized development programs to nurture their skills.
* Establish a Group Trainee Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a structured learning experience for emerging talents.
* Collaborate with HR & Finance to establish competitive salary bands and benefits structures, reviewing and adjusting policies regularly.
* Develop and implement training programs specific to the needs of Austrian entities, aligning with overall talent development strategies.
* Drive the implementation of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
* Collaborate with local talent management teams to ensure alignment with group-wide talent strategies and share best practices.

Your profile:

* Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related field
* Strong understanding of succession planning, high potential development, and talent pipeline management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in german and english
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and navigate cultural differences
* Familiarity with HR-related technology and tools
* Relevant educational background in human resources, organizational development, or a related field is preferred
