The position
We are currently seeking a self-initiated and detailed-oriented Regional Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Animal Health Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance team at Boehringer Ingelheim's Regional site in Vienna. The focus of the position will be managing product registration chain, compliance with regulatory authorities and Global Regulatory Affairs, maintenance of product licenses, and relevant life cycle management (LCM) activities in compliance with the local legislations and Boehringer Ingelheim standards.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Product registration and maintenance responsibility for product registration activities, in accordance with corporate policies
* Responsibility for the management of local country management activities in compliance with the existing legislation and policies, representing the regulatory needs and priorities of local business
* Responsibility for product information literature translation, review, artwork release and maintenance
* Responsibility in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all involved regulatory stakeholders, 3rd parties, and other institutions
Requirements
* University degree in Life Sciences or Veterinary Studies in combination with min. 1-3 years' experience in Regulatory Affairs , in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
* Experience and wiliness to work with various industry software systems and databases and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple activities, in cross-functional and cross regional settings, with tight governmental deadlines
* Business fluency in written & spoken Slovak & English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 43.548,40 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
