Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for both data management and business strategy? We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Treasury Data Warehouse Specialist. In this role you will not only oversee the management and development of our treasury data warehouse but also serve as a vital link between business requirements and data solutions. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable changes in data structure, methodology, analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities

* Taking ownership of our data warehouse, ensuring its integrity, reliability, and optimal performance. Enhancing the data warehouse structure by incorporating new data sources and refining existing ones to meet evolving business needs
* Demonstrating proficiency in SQL to query and manipulate data efficiently, write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, contributing to the ongoing success of our data driven initiatives.
* Utilizing your strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets related to treasury and sales business operations. Translating these insights into actionable recommendations for business improvements
* Exceling in communication and collaboration both within the data team and cross-functionally with other departments (esp. IT, Business, Finance and Risk area). Clearly articulating findings, insights and recommendations to diverse audiences, fostering a culture of data driven decision making

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or HTL degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline
* Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on treasury and sales business operations
* Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Self-motivated and detail oriented with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

* The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 43.554,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
