What you'll be doing (besides impressing everyone):

* Own aerospace development projects from takeoff to landing (and beyond).
* Lead project teams like a mission commander - calm, confident, caffeinated.
* Keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables flying in formation.
* Translate complex customer needs into clear project goals.
* Handle change requests without breaking a sweat (or the schedule).
* Be the friendly face and sharp mind clients rely on.
* Make sure all departments speak the same language (preferably English).

What you bring to the launchpad:

* A degree in engineering or business (rocket science not mandatory, but cool).
* Solid experience in project management - aerospace is a big plus.
* A structured, independent working style - you take the lead!
* Excellent English skills; bonus points if you can order a coffee in German.
* A talent for communication, coordination, and not panicking when plans change.
