For its office in Graz, our client is currently looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
- Understand, challenge and refine requirements from Product Management, translating them into clear, actionable items for the development team
- Drive feature discovery and preparation, ensuring they are ready for implementation
- Own and maintain the teams' defect backlog; serve as the first point of contact for newly reported issues
- Lead your team through Program Increment (PI) planning and sprint planning, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and dependencies
- Present and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and acceptance criteria are fulfilled
- Work closely with the Team Lead to maximize the value delivered by the team and continuously improve the team effectiveness
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in requirements engineering and translating business needs into implementable product increments
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment
- Ability to maintain a clear overview and act with calmness, clarity and consistency in a dynamic setting
- Motivation to build in-depth knowledge of air traffic control and apron management
- High level of initiative and responsibility for own work, while actively contributing to shared team goals
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written); fluency in German as a benefit

The minimum salary for this position, as per the IT collective agreement, is 3,843.00 EUR gross per month. However, there is a possibility of offering a higher salary based on your qualifications and professional experience.
