We are seeking an experienced candidate to join the dynamic sales team in the Czech Republic.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing customers and acquire new clients
- Customer presentations, technical consulting, pricing and contract negotiations
- Analyze sales and profitability trends in your assigned region
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, development, and quality departments
- Prepare reports for management on regional performance, strategies, market insights, and competitor analysis
- Participate in meetings, sales events, and training activities
Your Profile:
- Completed technical or business education
- Working experience in the sales of packaging, preferably corrugated paper
- Strong customer focus and enjoyment of working with people
- Independent and reliable work approach
- Solution-oriented, creative ("out-of-the-box") thinking
- Excellent command of Czech is required; English and/or German is an advantage
