The Mission:
"Prototype First, Document Later"
This is a role for a disruptor who prefers building to meeting. You will work across digital products to identify friction points and leapfrog them using modern tools.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-driven tools and low-code environments to build "smoke tests" and functional prototypes in days.
- High-Velocity Change: Drive the "What" and the "Why" of new features, ensuring digital portals stay years ahead of the market.
- Risk-Taking: You have a license to experiment. Fast failures lead to breakthrough successes.
- Engineering Handover: Once you've proven a feature works via prototype, you will collaborate with Engineering to bring it to life at scale.
Who You Are
- Startup DNA: You likely come from an elite startup, a delivery tech giant, or a high-growth scale-up environment.
- Tech-Fluent & Geeky: You are comfortable using LLMs, AI automation, and modern tech stacks to validate ideas quickly.
- Industry Agnostic: Experience in finance is not required. We value your ability to move fast and think differently over banking tradition.
- Action-Oriented: You measure your success by deployments and user impact, not by the length of your slide decks.
