About Your Role

* In your role as Senior Specialist IT Operations & Security at Addiko Bank, you are at the forefront of maintaining and protecting out IT infrastructure and networks
* You oversee and advance IT operations and security projects to guarantee the robustness, reliability, and security of the bank's IT framework
* You ensure the operational continuity, security, and integrity of our IT assets
* You collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and refine IT security protocols
* You manage the set-up configuration, and routine maintenance of IT hardware and software solutions
* You act as the go-to expert for IT security methodologies, compliance standards, and best practices
* You enhance the IT user experience for office staff through dedicated support and solutions

Is This You?

* You hold an academic degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Security or Informatics
* Work experience in IT operations and security, ideally in the banking sector
* Proficient in using MS 365, MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory and IT Network Technology
* Fluent in both English and German
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills
* You consider yourself a committed team player with a strong service orientation
