Accounting Coordinator CEE (m/f/x)

What you will work on

* Support in the implementation of accounting group requirements
* Participation in projects (e.g. implementation SAP S/4HANA, EU Taxonomy)
* Assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to IFRS
* Close cooperation with different company areas as well as participation in international meetings and support during country visits
* Design of accounting workflows as well as ongoing analysis and optimization thereof
* Development of solution concepts for the required support based on business unit requirements
* Information hub and coordination between all involved strategic business units regarding accounting and other finance processes in the international area
* Proactive driver of current topics
* Development of accounting policies and work instructions to implement and enforce internal controls

What we are looking for

* Very good MS Excel skills
* Good knowledge of SAP and other accounting systems are of advantage
* Very good English language skills; German and other language skills are of advantage
* Willingness to travel outside of Austria
* Open-mindedness and intercultural skills
* Team competence, strong communication skills and assertiveness
* Solution-oriented work approach with high service orientation and organizational skills
* Commitment and high motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
