Job Description

In this varied role, you will take responsibility to lead and consult technology-driven change initiatives on end-to-end projects or programs at our customers' site. As a key player, you will contribute to the success of cloud migrations and transformations, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization.

This is what your workday could look like:

* Oversee end-to-end management and governance of technology-driven change initiatives, with a primary focus on Cloud migrations and transformations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define transformation strategies and roadmaps
* Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to best practices in project management
* Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of program performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Provide consulting services for technology transformations in both traditional and agile environments
* Support our sales team in a pre-sales capacity, providing expertise to potential clients and engage them in presentations as a subject matter expert

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven change initiatives, especially in Cloud migrations
* In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices in traditional and agile environments
* Demonstrated success in change management and transformation consulting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in a leadership role
* Business fluent in German and English is required
