EuroTeleSites owns and operates around 14,000 mobile phone masts between Bodensee and the Black Sea, making it a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure in the CEE region. In addition to A1 as an anchor tenant, our customers include other mobile operators, internet service providers, companies, and public authorities.

In a nutshell

We are looking for a Treasury, Cash Management, & Cash-Pooling Expert responsible for managing the cash management function group-wide and connected through a matrix organization for all countries. Moreover, you will support the leadership team to ensure the company's liquidity.

Your new job

* You are responsible for direct cash management operations, including daily cash administration, current accounts management, and bank relations.
* You review and propose improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met following company policies and procedures.
* You work closely with the responsible persons for cash management in the local tower companies and the Global Business Center in Bulgaria, which acts as the Treasury Backoffice.
* You prepare daily cash position reports and identify and evaluate variances.
* You prepare a short- and long-term liquidity plan and align it with the business plan.
* You are responsible for the in-house bank accounts/cash pooling accounts, the approval of new bank accounts, and bank guarantees.
* You perform timely reconciliation of cash applications and disbursements.
* You make the forecast, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly), and drive the improvement of the working capital.
* You review, approve, and ensure transactions have appropriate documentation and authorization.
* You check bank and merchant card fees and provide monthly or quarterly reporting.
* You support internal audit, external audit, and SOX controls proper execution.
* You continually evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures and controls to maximize process productivity.
* You support the enhancement of the Treasury Strategy of EuroTeleSites.
* You work with Bloomberg.

What you offer

* A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required.
* 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong background in treasury.
* A deep understanding of banking systems, services, and processes.
* Full proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proven organizational and decision-making skills.
* Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and solution oriented.
* Solid capability to think strategically.
* Independent work attitude, coordinating function.
* Fluent English and German are prerequisites.

What we offer

The advertised position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in telecom companies. Depending on the level of education and professional experience, we offer an annual gross salary of between EUR 65,000 and EUR 75,000. all-in.
