(Senior) Specialist Innovation Portfolio Management (f/m/d)

In the role, you will be responsible to oversee process development, portfolio reviews, global standards enforcement, support system maintenance, and continuous monitoring of technology development initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

* Technology development and Innovation portfolio management process development and maintenance
* Facilitation of technology development and innovation portfolio review
* Global enforcement of technology development and innovation portfolio management standards
* Maintenance and continuous improvement of the portfolio management support systems
* Continuous monitoring of technology development portfolio

Your Profile

* Master degree in innovation management, technology management, engineering or related field
* 3+ years' proven experience in development portfolio management innovation management or innovation management, preferable within the electronics industry
* Advanced project and process management skills
* Experienced in applying a strategic mindset to guide portfolio decisions
* Strong analytical and conceptional competences
* Work in an analytical and structured manner, ensuring efficient problem-solving and task organization
* Proactive teamplayer with strong communiation skills and high willingness to learn
* Strong moderation skills is essential, and any facilitation or teaching skills would be considered a valuable asset
* Fluent in English both written and oral; German proficiency is advantageous
