The Human Resources Office at Central European University invites applications for a Junior Recruiter position. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person who will handle the recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Your duties and responsibilities:
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Assist in drafting job descriptions and creating job postings for vacant positions.
* Coordinate the placement of job advertisements on relevant platforms, including university website, job boards, and social media channels.
* Utilize online job portals, and networking channels to source potential candidates.
* Screen incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates for further consideration
* Conduct HR interviews
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels
* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions
* Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies when handling candidate information
* Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Your qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Previous experience in Recruitment ideally in an international and multicultural environment
* Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Proficiency in using Office 365 and MS products. SAP is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* High level of attention to detail
* An agile and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

We offer a competitive salary starting from 40 000 gross EUR/year. A higher salary is possible if warranted by the candidate's working experience.
