Your future areas of responsibility include:

* Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our development processes.
* Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other team activities to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies

Your qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in web development with expertise in Python.
* Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
* Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
* Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
* Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Desirable: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web solutions on time and within budget
* Familiarity with SOLID design principles and their application in software development

* Desirable: Good German speaking and writing skills

With us, you have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. For this position it starts at EUR 4.600,- gross per month. We are prepared to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
