Your Tasks

In this position, you will actively support our Skin Care Marketing team for Austria and Eastern Europe by expanding and demonstrating your business know-how.

* You organize events and product shipments (e.g. samples to other Eastern European countries)
* You support the labels localization
* You prepare packshots and are responsible for asset localizations (working with our external agency)
* You are in the lead of sales samples/office samples availability
* You create competitor media drives
* You track launches and campaigns
* You maintain internal product information library and take care of operational cross-functional requests
* You create presentations (e.g media campaign summaries) and support with ad-hoc analysis
* You translate and brief eCommerce assets

Your Profile

* Ongoing or completed University studies with a specialization in marketing, advertising, consumer behaviour or market research
* High interest in working in an international work environment and ability to handle and organize the interests of different stakeholders at the same time
* Open, flexible and stress resistant personality that takes on responsibility and has a passion for success and challenges
* Team Player with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
* High affinity to skin care and FMCG industry
* The long-term ambition of a career in the field of Marketing
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
* Excellent English and German skills, further Easter European languages are advantageous
